REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER 2018, AT 9 PM
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 42nd Thornhill Village Cultural Festival.
This year’s Festival will take place on Saturday, September 15, 2018 between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm.
The Thornhill Village Cultural Festival is operated by a volunteer committee of a non-profit organization, which depends on booth fees and entrance fees to make the Festival financially sustainable.
Payment is by cheque or money order
NOTE: As a Community Group or Crafter it is most likely that you will NOT need to produce the Insurance Requirement.
The Thornhill Village Cultural Festival has received support from the City of Vaughan. Please check with Registration.

All information sent will be kept confidential between the Thornhill Village Festival Committee members.

The Thornhill Village Festival has booth space under the following categories:
1. Craft Vendor
2. Commercial (business) including: Commercial Vendors, Promotional services, local Professional services (e.g. medical, legal)
If the Festival is able to find more booth space, it may be able to open this category
The fee will depend on the location of the business.
2a. Local business located within the Thornhill Heritage District
2b. Local business located outside the Thornhill Heritage District
3. Local registered not-for-profit entities (Community Groups)
4. Food Vendor
5. Political involvement: Local Federal/Provincial politicians; registered political parties;
Please be advised that the distribution of political literature (beyond visitors to your booth) is not permitted.
