Thank you for your interest in participating in the 41st Thornhill Village Festival
This year’s Festival will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2017 between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm.
The Festival is not run by any level of government but by a volunteer community committee which depends on booth fees and entrance fees to make the Festival financially possible.
Payment is by cheque or money order
NOTE: As a Community Group or Crafter it is most likely that you will NOT need to produce the Insurance Requirement.
TVF has received support from the Municipalities.

All information sent will be kept confidential between the Thornhill Village Festival Committee members.

The Thornhill Village Festival has booth space under the following categories:
1. Craft Vendor
2. Commercial including:
Commercial Vendors, Promotional services, local Professional services (e.g. medical, legal):
The fee will depend on the location of the business.
2a. Local business located within the Thornhill Heritage District (new)
2b. Local business located outside the Thornhill Heritage District (new)
3. Local registered not-for-profit entities (Community Groups)
4. Food Vendors
5. Local Federal/Provincial/Municipal politicians; registered political parties; during an election - registered candidates.
Elected representatives, registered candidates and political parties (inc. riding associations) involved in elections at the municipal, provincial and federal levels of government in Canada, are welcome to participate in the Thornhill Village Festival by renting booth space.
Please be advised that the distribution of political literature (beyond visitors to your booth) is not permitted.
